Resolving RSS Feed Errors in Shopify and Apple Podcasts

If you are encountering an RSS Feed Error in platforms like Shopify or Apple Podcasts, this may be due to an unpublished episode.


Solution:


1. Check Episode Status: Ensure that your episode is published. An unpublished episode will not appear in your RSS feed, resulting in errors when trying to access it on external platforms.

  

2. How to Publish:

   - Log into your dashboard.

   - Locate the episode in question and confirm it is marked as “Published.”

   - If not, select the episode and choose the “Unpublished” option to make it live.


3. Verify RSS Feed Update: After publishing, allow a few minutes for the RSS feed to update. Refresh your podcast feed in Shopify or Apple Podcasts to check if the issue is resolved.


If the error persists after confirming the episode is published, please contact support for further assistance.
